Refund policy

Self Gorgeous, we want every customer to shop confidently for makeup, skincare, hair care, bath and body products, tools, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your product by contacting us at selfgorgeous4ever@gmail.com.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products, including makeup, skincare, hair care, and bath items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by Self Gorgeous.
