Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on your location, shipping method, courier service, and external conditions.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Self Gorgeous is not responsible for delayed, returned, lost, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking information may be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking details to update after dispatch. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, customs checks, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
